Cups of Cake!

I hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving!

Since we all have food on the brain, I wanted to share the results of the wedding I baked for recently.

I made minis of each flavor, as well as jumbos to make up the general cake shape. The below images show the flavors that made up the delicious spread:

Carrot cake, tres leches glaze, & cinnamon cream cheese icing

Dark Chocolate cake, chocolate mousse filling, & white chocolate icing

Vanilla/Caramel cake, creme brulee filling, caramel mascarpone frosting & caramel drizzle

Chocolate/Mint cake, Mint Buttercream frosting & topped with an Andes Mint

The finished product turned out great:

The penguin topper was an adorable addition from the bride!
